Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process:
1. Contact us at chocomeltmug@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide the return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at chocomeltmug@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
